How long does setup take?
1-2 weeks. We learn your operation first, then build your instance. Most teams are live within two weeks of our first call.
Do I need to switch my POS?
No. We plug into your existing POS and pull the data. You keep running it exactly as you do now.
How is this different from 7shifts or Toast?
Those are templates. En place is custom-built for your operation — your rotation, your tipout math, your wine list. The AI knows your menu because we trained it on your menu.
How many staff can use it?
Unlimited. No per-seat charges. Your whole team gets access on every plan.
Who handles support?
